Hip & Mobility: Dance Workshop is a joyful, accessible dance fitness experience designed specifically for adults of all ages. Led by Shakkoi Hibbert, this welcoming workshop uses uplifting Afro-Caribbean music and guided movement to support hip mobility, confidence, and overall well-being.
