Want to work on your mental health and wellness this fall?
Are you feeling overwhelmed and finding it hard to cope? Wellness Connect is the space for you to educate and empower yourself on your wellness journey.
Wellness Connect is a program that provides participants with a safe space to dive deeper into conversations surrounding mental health and self-care through an artistic lens. Participants will work alongside a Wellness Educator to work through different topics and themes, build knowledge around Afrocentric approaches to self care and develop useful coping mechanisms.
We’ll be tackling topics and themes like physical health through yoga and dance, nutrition, mindfulness and navigating burnouts and seasonal depression.
Wellness Connect is open to youth aged 16-29. New Program dates have launched!
