In 2012, she made the decision to go back to school and pursue a career that would support her vision of working with individuals. High on her list of priorities is supporting people and equipping them with strategies that will allow them to tap into their full potential. Chantalle brings her lived and work experiences as well as her education in service delivery. She works from a harm reduction, anti-oppressive, anti-Black racism, client-centered and strengths based lens.
