The Gathering: A day of self-care for Black men

Join us for an empowering afternoon dedicated to the well-being of Black men.

The Gathering provides a safe space for Black men to build community, share experiences and strategies to redefine mental wellness for Black men.

The afternoon will be filled with interactive sessions, workshops and a thought provoking panel discussion designed to dismantle the harmful myths surrounding Black men’s wellness.

The Gathering is a retreat that you don’t want to miss out on. Light refreshments, open-mindedness and healing vibes will be provided for FREE.
