Our professionally equipped black box theatre features a sprung dance floor and acoustic treatment, perfect for music, dance, theatre, and panel discussions. Whether you’re planning a live production, hosting corporate events, or conducting yoga or dance classes, our Performance Space is ready to accommodate your needs. Renting the performance space also includes access to our first-floor lobby and welcome space

- The space includes two green rooms, a bar area, and access to the first-floor lobby, which has a monitor for visuals.
Our facility, equipped with a sprung Harlequin dance floor, ceiling pipe grid, stage lights, and a permanent curtain track, ensures a seamless experience for performers and attendees alike. While we provide the perfect setting for your event, food and drink are not permitted within the space.
Event Studio
Our spacious Event Studio is on the second floor and offers 885 square feet of versatile space. This bright, open-concept space is was unqiuely desiged to host workshops, meetings, rehearsals, and intimate performances. This space is suited for a variety of activities including yoga classes, film screenings, pop-up shops, dance classes, corporate events, brand activations, meetings, and workshops.

- This space includes access to a private lobby with a TV monitor for signage and greeting messages.
Featuring large windows that flood the room with natural light and a TV available for digital assets conveniently located in the corridor outside the room, our facility provides an inviting and adaptable environment for your event needs.

Audio Visual Equipment
Our venue provides a quality and comprehensive AV setup featuring an Acumen M 110″ HDTV screen, Alan & Heath SQ6 sound board with Dante capability, staging, and a variety of microphones, including Shure SM57 and SM58 models. We also offer wireless RF microphones (ULXD2) and Radial passive DI boxes. Detailed inventory is available upon request.
