Why A Black Art Fair?

At Nia Centre, we have a mission of advancing Black artistic expression to enrich our collective identity. One of the most profound ways that we can support Black artists, and our community at large, is through purchasing and acquiring their work, which is a direct way to develop and sustain their careers while providing an affirming sense of recognition and legitimacy to their practices. We invite you to walk through the fair and allow these gifted artists to move, change, and inspire you with their astonishing work.
