Are you a young person and/or creative interested in finding a mentor? Or maybe, you’re an caring adult and/or artist looking to give back. Mentor Match Night is your opportunity to create an authentic and meaningful relationship with another creative.

Mentor Match is Nia Centre’s longest-running youth program. Through Mentor Match, Black youth and creatives across Toronto have connected with mentors who support them not only through the creative process, but also through everyday life moments. Mentors offer guidance, share lived experience, provide advice, and help open doors to personal, professional, and work opportunities.

Whether you’re looking to be a mentor or a mentee, Mentor Match Night offers the chance to connect with a creative who can support you in strengthening your artistic practice while navigating life’s transitions and challenges. This event is open to the public—you do not need to be part of the Mentor Match program to attend.

Join us on February 10th, 2026 from 6-8pm to take the next step in both your creative and personal journey.
