Founder, Beyond the Block
Ayesha Madden is a licensed financial professional and the visionary behind
Beyond the Block, an organization dedicated to dismantling financial barriers
and fostering generational wealth. What began as a personal mission to serve
high-priority neighborhoods evolved into a broader movement when Ayesha
realized that financial literacy is the key to true creative and personal freedom.
Through Beyond the Block, Ayesha provides high-impact workshops and
personalized consultations designed to empower individuals with the tools they
need to navigate the financial landscape with confidence. Her work is rooted in
the belief that financial education is a fundamental right, not a privilege.
When she isn’t helping clients secure their futures, Ayesha remains deeply
invested in her community by mentoring youth in high-priority neighborhoods. A
creative at heart, she spends her spare time sewing wedding dresses and can
frequently be found performing “sold-out” concerts from the driver’s seat of her
car.
