Young creatives, explore the arts in our daily drop-in program!

Looking for something for young creatives to do after-school? The Pull Up is a drop-in program for youth aged 12-18. Each day, talented artistic facilitators will work with youth on collaborative artistic projects, teach them new artistic skills and provide mentorship-style support to young creatives. 

Pull Up to the Nia Centre  Monday – Friday from 3pm – 6pm every week to explore different art disciplines.


The Pull Up Line Up

Monday: Visual Arts

From painting to digital arts, experiment with the diverse mediums of visual arts

Tuesday: Photography, Fashion & Homework Club

Explore the art of photography and fashion development! Plus: from 3-6, get homework support from dedicated tutors and build confidence in your academics.

Wednesday: Dance & Movement

Experience the joy of self-expression through dance and movement styles

Thursday: Content Creation

Explore everything content creation, script writing and podcasting

Friday – Culinary Arts

Discover the art of preparing different meals from across the diaspora
