Come celebrate Toronto Black filmmakers
Nia Centre is proud to host the Toronto Pan Afrikan Film Festival (TPAFF) for its second season!
TPAFF showcases documentary films from Toronto’s Black film community, focusing on themes of African liberation, spirituality, Black displacement, and exploitation. The festival is dedicated to highlighting and supporting Toronto-based Black filmmakers, providing an exciting platform for them to connect with a captivated local audience.
TPAFF continues to honor the achievements of Black people through the powerful medium of film, especially during the month of Emancipation.
This FREE three-day festival will take place from Friday August 16th – Sunday August 18th, 2024.
