Click to reserve your spot

We’re hosting a creative movement session in collaboration with multidisciplinary artist, Nayo Sasaki-Picou!

Nayo will be taking your body through a movement journey, leading you through a guided stretch, breathing exercise and free movement routine.

This is your space to freely move, release and gain helpful tips to keep your body active as we continue to practice physical distancing indoors.

Although this is an interactive session, feel free to participate in the background without turning on your video.

This movement session is created for Black folks. If you are non-Black POC, we invite you to share this with your friend or colleague that will benefit from this space.

More about Nayo

Nayo is a multidisciplinary artist currently completing her masters degree in Africana Studies at New York University. Her focus is in using visual arts, particularly multimedia, to experiment with re-imagining female representations of identity.
