This two-part workshop series will allow participants to receive information on how to build a business plan.This workshop outlines four specific topics that will allow participants to begin the process of developing an artistic business; the first session will provide information on the below subject areas:
1. Understanding Your Business (Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Goals)
2. Understanding and Engaging Your Customer / Audience
3. Finances (Expenses, Pricing, and Funding)
4. Your Process (Moving from Creation to Sales)
5. Understanding your Business Workflow
The second session will allow participants the opportunity to connect with a facilitator to receive feedback on one of the four subject outlines or their business framework outline. Participants will be able to work through one or more of the above areas of a business plan and return for feedback from the facilitator. Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions.

Amoye is the author of Don’t Panic, Pivot (2023) and Navigating Covid-19 (2020). Her writing covers topics such as entrepreneurship, economic growth, global business strategy and investment.
